THE FOUNDER/OPERATORS OF THE MEDITERRANEAN SCREEN ARTS ACADEMY (FORMERLY THE MALTA FILM ACADEMY) IN THE SUMMER OF 2022:

  • Created a hostile work environment

  • Violated several academic norms and freedoms

  • May have violated intellectual property law

  • Failed to pay vendor invoices

  • Sabotaged the co-curricular student film project

  • May have committed contract fraud

IN RESPONSE TO THIS ANONYMOUS WHISTLEBLOWER WEBSITE, THE FOUNDER/OPERATORS ALLEGEDLY:

  • On 30 January, 2023: Violated the Privacy Act of 1974, the Electronic Communications Act of 1986 and the Stored Communications Act by sending private employee information over email. Repeated these crimes on 22 February.

  • On 10 February, 2023: Violated Anti-defamation Law, Libel Law, and Whistleblower Protections Act OR S Bill 1559 (2018) by knowingly LYING in an injurious email purporting to be fact distributed to third parties.

  • Between December 2022 and March 2023, Repeatedly Violated both 18 US Code Section 2261A and OR S Bill 166.065 on Cyber Bullying and Online Harassment.

CRIMINAL COMPLAINTS HAVE BEEN FILED WITH THE FBI’S CYBER CRIMES DIVISION AND LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT

IGNORANCE OF THE LAW IS NOT AN EXCUSE FOR CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR
